GOLF EXPERIENCE PROPERTY TOUR

Experience the convenience and benefits of a community neighboring a world-class golf course on the Golf Experience Property Tour. Arrive at the stunning Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club Owners’ Lodge, where you will embark on golf cart to neighboring Catamount Ranch & Club. From there, tour the facility, putting greens, restaurant and pro-shop before ascending back to Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club where you will then enjoy a full property tour of the ranch, learning about the community’s amenities, residential offerings, Design + Build program, and range of homesites on which to build your dream home. For avid golfers, a round of golf can be arranged on either end of the tour.

Provided: Water and snacks. Please wear sunscreen, sturdy hiking or athletic shoes, a hat for sun protection and bring a light jacket in case of inclement weather. No experience required.
