Fishing Water
Our 1.5-mile premier stretch of private fishing water on the Yampa River is located upstream of Steamboat Springs, a few miles below Lake Catamount tailwater, providing anglers with a variety of different fishing options. Anglers enjoy up to two rods per day,* year-round for walk/wade trips, with or without a guide.
*For larger groups, three additional rods per day can be accommodated on this stretch of river for an additional fee (reservation required).
Fish & Native Species
From long slicks to deep pools to fast riffles, there is an opportunity to fish dries, nymphs and streamers on any given day. This stretch of river is big fish water and consistently produces many large rainbows and browns over the 20-inch mark. Due to its proximity to the Lake Catamount tailwater, this property fishes well from February until December and only becomes iced over during the coldest winter days.
