PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club provides design + build services exclusively to purchasers of developer-owned homesites. Services include comprehensive development, project management, architectural design, architectural management, engineering, and construction management functions. We work hand in hand with independent architects and contractors on behalf of owners. Innovative design and high quality, efficient construction execution are included in fees substantially lower than market prices.

EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS

We provide schematic architecture, site positioning, engineering, permit review, Design Review Board submissions, approvals, and budget generation—all essential to developing a platform for quality home building choices and decision making.

TIMELINE

As builders, we deliver most homes within a 15 to 18-month timeline from groundbreaking, reducing building costs, saving interest expense on loans used for construction payments and reducing site management duration and association costs. Such delivery provides owners with significant value compared to managing a home building project on their own. Our team will expertly manage day-today details and timelines, delivering maximum quality, value, and oversight of your project. *Pricing and availability subject to change without notice.*

“While we’re still in the early stages of our home-construction process, we couldn’t be happier that we decided to build our “forever home” using Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club’s Design + Build services. From location to orientation to design to those first exciting shovelfuls of dirt, Jamie, Dylan, and their team have provided invaluable guidance, experience, inspiration, and peace of mind. Granted, we have a lot of work ahead of us, but so far we feel confident to have entrusted our dream with this exceptional in-house service, curated by dedicated professionals who know and love Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club.”

The Process

1. SCHEDULE YOUR COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Few moments in life compare to the feeling of looking out over the horizon – the sounds, sights, and scents of nature around you, knowing “this is the one.” Selecting a homesite at Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club is one of the most fun and exciting aspects of building your home. Set out on horseback, Polaris RZR, foot, or snowshoe with one of our experienced home building experts to explore the community’s diverse offerings and learn about each homesite’s unique attributes. It is here you will have a chance to ask questions and discover which building site is right for you.

Next Step

3. EMBARK ON YOUR HOMEBUILDING JOURNEY

From here, our extensive preconstruction services will commence, including management of architectural and engineering design, permit procurement, Design Review Board approvals, budget generation, and project schedule development will commence. Once the ground is broken, our custom home building service continues with construction management, general contracting services, negotiation of subcontracts, on-site project supervision, detailed review of monthly pay applications, monthly financial and project forecasting, change management, and more.
